Here you go! Subj: Be careful with this company Date: 97-02-24 12:33:38 EST From: ScamAlert1 This company is run by a Mike Baker, Dennis Cole, and Guy Zani. These are the same people who are being sued in U.S. Federal Court in the District of Delaware (Case # 95-556-SLR) by Supra Medical Corp. under RICO for fraud, misrepresentation, and misappropriation of their technology. Supra had a proprietary technology that was used in the early detection of cancers and tumors (sound familiar) and the "Baker Group" ,as these three stooges are called, according to the lawsuit took over that company through a pattern of misrepresentation and fraud, particularly with fraudulent financial statements. There are so many skeletons in their closet that it would take volumes to discuss. BE FOREWARNED. You heard it first from Scam Alert 1. Soon as SI will permit, I will send the company`s rebuttal, that was sent to the Scam 1 alert message
