Thure, I am mistaken or didn't you recommend "The Innovator's Dilemma" previously, somehow it showed up on my to buy list....well I bought it about a week ago not even realizing Ampex was mentioned...can only imagine in what light. I have not started to read it yet but might push it up the list. The sub title is "When New Technologies Cause Great Firms to Fail...Ampex pre 199(1?). Can't wait for the sequel!! I'm "betting" it has a Happy Ending, smiles. Cheers, digger
