Richard--I've puchased a fair amount of stock over the past two months
and am quite satisfied with its performance. I intend to double up when
the expected profit in the 3rd quarter is announced in May (?).

What I don't understand is why ABTX would make any acquisition which
could affect this long held promise of profitibility in the 3rd. quarter.

Wouldn't it make more sense to achieve further credibility by showing
a profit, and thereby raising the stock price which could then enhance
further acquisitions.

I hope ABTX is able to show a profit from its current operations and does
not use the fact that they are making acquisitions as an excuse for
further loses. At some point they must prove this activity will result
in a profitable entity.

WHAT BETTER TIME TO SHOW PROFITS THAN IN THE QUARTER IN WHICH THEY WERE
PROMISED? Surely a company which is now the 4th largest in the forage
industry with sales of $50million+ should be big enough to show a profit
in its seasonally best quarter. If not when?

Do you know the names of the three larger forage companies and if they are
profitable?

Thanks for your previous notes and I look forward to any input you can provide.
