>"deleting email without opening it…" Just to expand on your advice... if using IE4 MS Express, the "preview" window can be turned off by dropping the menu under "View", then going to "layout", then turning off the preview by unchecking it. I know just enough to be dangerous to myself, but I want to add if I can. This is a good thread. JCC
