Their choice was to either exercise now (knowing that the PR would likely help the stock) or probably watch ACTV file a secondary offering (which could trash the stock). Not a difficult decision if you're Liberty Media.

You must admit, they're awfully sketchy about the launch plans, let alone the revenues that such a launch will bring. In that regard, the conference call created more questions than answers.
