12%? yowza.. just occurred to me..if brazil can make good on these bonds, thru sale of oil, they're in the same spot that the US was in 1982..we may hear a big sucking sound in our bond market as money moves..IBM will take a huge hit on the downside and the house of cards will crumble...hmmm...
