dwilma, Its the age old religious factor. Christian vs Moslem. During WWII, Hitler had 24 Panzer divisions in Yugo. and could not control them. Ground troops are not the answer. Clinton, Blair and Nato know this will involve serious casualties and escilate into a full blown ground war. Religious wars are never won, study the region and you will find that any peace is only temporary. Regards, Scott
