ONEM FYI: Page 18 of the s-1 filed March 25 is based on the underwriters exercising their over allotment. 163.4 million net proceed: -12.6 million for underwriters as discounts/commissions (7.3%) -10 million expenses for this offering and aquisitions for 17 ISP (6%) -1 million included accrued interest as weighted average of 7.75(.06%) -71.8 million cash portion to purchase prices payable 17 ISP (44%) -6.4 million to pay off indebtness and liabilities (3.5%) -85.2 million for general corporate purposes (52%) =186.2 million (-22.8 million).
