Is there a map of the Cache-Hilltop JV properties on the web anywhere?
Further to the SUF share firesale. When I spoke to SUF IR they said that they did not know who was dumping, how many they intended to dump or why they were dumping.
I know that if I had a large number of shares in a thinly traded stock and I wanted out, I would phone the company and see if there was anybody who wanted to buy a large chunk through a block trade. It would just be common sense. Negotiate the deal do the block trade and carry on.
And as I have said before, they would have better luck unloading if they were backing upwards instead of pushing the stock down and creating an ugly chart and margin calls.
May we live in interesting times? The old Chinese curse.

Even though RTP is a number one pick in their category they do not have any great earnings to brag about. Interesting that SUF has the best earnings in the whole group. Anyway if RTP were inclined to dump their stock, I am sure that they would do SUF the courtesy of making a phone call. It is conceivable that RTP would want their cash for the CNB JV but I doubt that they would proceed in selling their shares in the manner that is happening. THey are a JV partner with SUF and are currently drilling pipes around Lac de Gras. They must still thing that they will get their $17.00 per share out of SUF at higher levels.
