Just out of curiosity, and as my friend is still soliciting opinions for her business, what do you think of this voluntary registration idea as briefly outlined at the beginning of this chat.Her concept is to protect gunowners' rights and the bulk of unregistered guns from loss and theft as it pertains to being reclaimed as such. Also to protect the owner from being accused, investigated and harassed if his previously owned weapon is used in a crime. with no government intervention unless requested by the registrant.
