Pavan is an analyst , separate from the trading dept. at Yorkton . I think he downgraded because BII was making another attempt to raise capital and he felt , rightly so, he should give investors a heads up . The article I read stated that BII used these accounting methods in the yr. end not the qtr.ly reports. Pavan apparently then only became aware in Mar. when yr. end reports came out . ""Why don't you tell me why this was not a problem to Pavan and Yorkton when Yorkton did their underwritings since that is the procedure they were using back then as well?""
