Nice try ... RFMD doesn't sell through distributers, at least not yet. So what would they know? The company lost a contract with Qualcomm awhile back because they couldn't meet demand. The only large GaAs HBT foundaries out there to compete with RFMD are TRW and Conexant, and TRW is a partner and shareholder of the company. Look at press release: businesswire.com Is it the Silicon business they're going to loose? Don't think so... GaAs FET? Maybe but its a small part of their business so who cares. Have a nice life ...
