Internet Service Provider - Franchise



The following business opportunity is targeted at individuals who would like to start their own ISP franchise. One can purchase a franchise (license) per company at an initial cost of $40,000.00CDN. The franchise license is limited to Canada only. The investment will go towards the hardware and the customized software applications and training. They are as follows:

HARDWARE:

Equipment which is needed to run the operation from home or office.
This will include all the hardware necessary which will be setup and configured to run the Amtek Server.

SOFTWARE:

All the customized software which will be required to run the system. The softwares are as follows:
SERVER SIDE:

Amtek Server (ATS)
Amtek Invoice Server
Amtek Client Tracker
Amtek Messaging Server
CLIENT SIDE:

Amtek Explorer (Customized)
Amtek Dialer (Customized)
Amtek Roaming Card(s)
Internet Explorer
Netscape


TRAINING:

There will be one-to-one training sessions which can take between 3-4 weeks.



Things to Note:

There will be a 20% franchising fee. This 20% will go towards Research & Development (R&D) to explorer and bring out new products and up to date versions of both server side and client side software applications.
Franchise Requirements:

You will have to fill up an application.
There will be an interview within two to three days after the application.
An exam will be issued which passing will be mandatory. The cost of the exam is $100.00CDN.
To require a license to open a franchise, one will have to pass all of the requirements for the franchise.
