Baldy.... Supposedly last batch of orders screwed up because of the "glitch" from 3/26 to 4/9 was shipped on Monday of this week...106 orders Also orders since April 9th, supposedly have been processed quickly. Has any one ordered since the 9th? Anyway, I asked customer rep. what they'd do to appease people who are still waiting for their orders, and he said he'd do "something" and to call back Monday when he can get authorization. I'm going to call back Monday after my mail arrives. Hopefully my cd's, that I too have been more than patiently waiting for, will arrive in Monday's mail. I'd suggest you also call the 1-800-951-1111 number. I also have placed a call into Paul Henry. Please call him as well if any of either Marty's or Suzanne's explanations leave you with additional questions. Certainly no one is a "designated" spokesperson on this thread and each and everyone of us should and could make a phone call prior to posing "inflammatory" theories. Sincerely, ztect
