Hate to sound so ignorant, but would you clarify what you meant in your statement that labeling would prevent any liablity issue - I wasn't sure if you meant with regard to standard heparin or the TXB product.
My thought was that doctor's using standard heparin might be inclined to use the agrabotan (sp?) since there would apparently not be a risk of an allergic reaction and an ounce of prevention.......
