My opinions are based on theories of technical analysis developed by Sears and Roebuck (who are also my tailors), and may well prove to be wrong. In the meantime, let me pose this question: Would you buy an internet IPO on its first day of trading, or would you wait until it settled into a more predictable trading range? USAB is now trading very much like an IPO, which was the main point of my previous post.
