GCR has rebounded quite a bit from their lows. Allthough the cyclicals seem to be comming back, this one appears to be a bit of a gamble. Negative book value, closed mill that is on the books at 9mil but can't be opened and operated profitably or sold (at the current time), boatloads of Y2K issues and a business that is forgoing routine maintence to maintaine revenue and keep capital spending down. I think the dollar will have to weaken quite a bit and Asia will have to rebound strongly for this one to have a chance of surviving long term. Gaylords best chance is probably to be taken over and there in my lay the value of GCR.
