Robert P. Gordon
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

As the company's founder and leader, Robert Gordon has taken TSIG.com from its beginnings as a teleservices center for the travel and tourism industry to its position today as a leading-edge provider of end-to-end eBusiness solutions. A decade ago, Mr. Gordon was the founder and chairman of Phoenix Information Systems Corp., a company that developed and secured the first-ever contract with the Chinese government to import a new airline reservations system to service Chinese airlines. Previously, he had a career on Wall Street with Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, and several other investment banks. Mr. Gordon holds bachelor's degrees in philosophy and biology from New York University, where he also did his graduate studies.

James H. Guild
President

James Guild joined TSIG.com in August 1998, as president and has guided the company's transition from the analog to the digital world as an Internet solutions provider. Prior to TSIG.com, Mr. Guild was senior vice president of Fiserv Solutions, the nation's largest outsource provider of financial data processing. He brings extensive experience in the development and management of technical and customer support functions, call center operations, and mergers and acquisitions to his position at TSIG.com.

John Hwang
Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President, Online Services Division, and Director

As one of the nation's leading experts on e-commerce and Internet strategy, John Hwang is instrumental in designing TSIG.com's suite of solutions for "Making eBusiness Work." Mr. Hwang comes to TSIG.com from Cohesive Technology Solutions, the country's pre-eminent information technology consulting firm, where he was managing partner for the application practice division. At Cohesive, Mr. Hwang was responsible for e-commerce and Internet strategy consulting for clients including Netscape, Microsoft, and Oracle. Prior to his position at Cohesive, Mr. Hwang founded I.Consulting Corp., a Web development and professional services organization and began his career at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Hwang holds a bachelor's degree in computer sciences from Stanford University.

Robert Newton
Senior Vice President, Products and Services Division

Rob Newton heads up TSIG.com's products and services division, which develops innovative e-commerce marketing programs with businesses and non-profit organizations to increase Web site traffic and reduce customer acquisition costs. Mr. Newton began his career as a CPA at Pensacola-based Cherry, Bakaert & Holland, and moved on to become vice president of operations for the Pacific region of Century 21, where he was responsible for developing and managing new domestic and international markets.

Paul W. Henry
Corporate Secretary, Director, and Consultant

Paul Henry has served as a director of TSIG.com since September 1996. During the past ten years, he has been retained as an independent financial consultant by a variety of institutions including Phoenix Information Systems, Essex Investment Management Company, Caithness Corporation, Veronex Resources and Harvest International. Mr. Henry holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Yale University and a master's degree in business administration from Northeastern University.

Michael Gordon
Director

Michael Gordon has been a TSIG.com director since May 1998, and has more than a decade of experience in the administration of start-up companies. He is currently vice president, corporate administration, for BBJ Chemical Compounds, a privately held company based in Tampa, Florida. Previously, Mr. Gordon was responsible for corporate administration at Phoenix Information Systems Corp., and earlier corporate services for VSI, a subsidiary of the company. Mr. Gordon holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from S.U.N.Y. at Stony Brook.

Anthony Peterson
Controller

Tony Peterson has extensive experience in financial management, budgeting and planning. Prior to joining TSIG.com, he was vice-president of finance for Exothermal Technology, a financial consultant for Entre Resource, Inc, and owner of Genelab Medical Products.

Timothy J. Heidemann
Vice President of Call Center Operations, TeleServices Division

Tim Heidemann is the head of TSIG.com's call center operations. For 15 years prior to joining TSIG.com in June 1998, he was a district manager at AT&T, where he was responsible for teleservices, call center and direct mail/direct marketing channel management. Mr. Heidemann consulted to AT&T's largest inbound clients, including Continental Airlines, Amoco Motor Club, Mead Data and Thompson Vacations. His extensive experience includes telemarketing sales, customer service, channel and vendor management, as well as "hands-on" management of AT&T's largest consumer acquisition telemarketing program.

Robert Ricci
Director of Product Management, Online Services Division

Rob Ricci is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the product offerings for TSIG.com's products and services division. Prior to joining the company, he worked on a wide range of custom software development projects for several organizations, including Andersen Consulting, Hewlett-Packard Company, Informix Software, VISA International, and Cohesive Technology Solutions. Mr. Ricci holds bachelor's degrees in computer science and business administration from California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo and a master's in business administration from Santa Clara University.

Jeannie L. Lewin
Vice President, Sales, Online Services Division

Jeannie Lewin joined TSIG.com as regional director of sales for the West Coast in November 1996 and has over eleven years of sales experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to TSIG.com, Ms. Lewin held sales management positions with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Marriott and Hilton Hotels. She is a member of the Professional Conference Management Association (PCMA), Meeting Planner International (MPI), and the America Society of Association Executives (ASAE).

Kimberly Haber
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Products and Services Division

Kim Haber heads up sales and marketing for the Products and Services Division. She is responsible for rolling out the myCard programs, beginning with myMusicCard. Most recently, Ms. Haber was director of franchise development for Futurekids, a technology education firm, and earlier held marketing positions for TennisKids, Inc., and the California Angels Baseball Team.

Richard Olson
Vice President, Account Management/Customer Service, Products and Services Division

Richard Olson joined the Company in July 1995, from International Hotel Academy, where he was regional vice president responsible for account development and revenue growth for The Grand Wailea Resort, Hotel and Spa (Maui), and the Biltmore Hotel, Los Angeles. From September 1985 to November 1994, Mr. Olson was director, national accounts, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, where he was responsible for convention and group Sales for all 86 domestic properties.

Hernan Ramirez
Vice President, Bilingual Programs, TeleServices Division

As vice president of bilingual programs, Hernan Ramirez develops new business, distribution channels and strategic alliances focusing on Spanish speaking markets. Formerly, Mr. Ramirez was the information technologies manager at the Ohio Division of Travel and Tourism, where he established a database system that allows for consumers, travel counselors and travel providers to retrieve and update information in real-time. He also was responsible for developing the Ohio Tourism Web site, which was accessed more than a million times per month in 1998.
