Please it's the concept of spining off good desert dirts to the shareholders of Chip to create separate public companies. The same concept that Thermo has applied so successfully. Concept nothing else. As you are well aware you've had the same laugh before and each time I speak of the concept. From now on I will make sure I refer to the concept employed by Thermo Electron.

Why is this good for the Chip shareholder? Since management owns approximately 60% of the outstanding shares they have no desire to sell any Chip shares since if they were to do so they would not receive the spin-off entity shares for the shares they sold in Chip.
Thus the fear of management selling shares as Chip goes north is eliminated by the spin-off strategy.

Can you say the same thing about the USPS insiders not unloading as it goes north? I know the answer you do not have to respond.
