The interesting thing is, the upper trading band of the DOW is in the low 11,000s now so THAT is how far "they" (whoever "they" are) can push it. I think "they" is "we!"

I have noticed that there is NOT an instant reversal at the upper band but may continue for as much as a month or more...

BTW, Aug 1997 and May 1998 are the two points on the upper trendline... but you must use a KAGI and not a line, bar or candlestick chart to project to the low 11,000s.
