You and others on this thread have practical on hands experience in this field. My observations are that the landscape is littered with "supply chain management" software companies who have fallen on hard times. From remarks that I have read on this thread I interpret that the document management software purveyors are also facing gruelling competition.
Here is my question. In your(thread)opinion which are the industry segments which may most benefit from these technologies and the intersection of these technologies with the inter net. Having read of the commitment of Yellow Freight(yell) to the introduction of technology into logistics management I was intrigued by the idea of identifying leading users of technology rather than the providers of the technology. Also it seems to me that the business to business model will be the dominant force for the future. Any thoughts on were to explore for future leaders in the user domain?
