There is good debt and there is bad debt. A shaft is a good debt because it will vastly improve production and efficiency. Milling facilities could be custom milling. At the very least, they need to make some decisions on this financing on the shaft. Like buddy says, no one is going to deal with a JV under litigation, just in case they may want some assurance that they will get a return on their investment.
