Gary, I priced that system. It came to $974.

The differences are: Dell includes
1) Harmon Kardon speakers.
2) US Robotics modem.
3) 8.4G HDD.
4) 8MB graphics vs. 4MB.
5) Anti-virus Software.
6) 3yr warranty, 1yr on-site.

Not $375 worth of stuff, but at least $200.
