Yarek .. there are certification bodies, but, for example, if we want to do business with Citrix, we don't have to have an "official" certification. However that doesn't mean that we won't eventually present the algorithm to "the world" - this is the reason that we are working with the university. I know that there is FIPS and other bodies, but I do not profess to be an expert on the various certification standards. Calypso, who is a sometimes contributor to this thread, could probably shed some light on this.
