Howdy Ed, I recently saw The Gin Game at the Kennedy Center, front row center. I am packing orders for my business between researching and posting so yeah, I missed the beautiful day. I still think this stock is overvalued. And may I say why?
Unless there are some dang fine press releases, the current run may be history for momentum / daytraders. And gosh knows, that had a lot to do with the recent runup.
Since so many people dare to compare Rare Medium to CMGI, I thought I'd make note of one place RRRR exceeds CMGI by a mile.
The size of its float. It's a dubious honor, but those hoping for a fast run to the moon might want to be a little more patient. The competition with sellers both inside and traders, might be stiff.
I didn't realize the proportions before, so I will spell it out.
Food for thought.... WCAP float is 2.5 million CMGI float ~2.5 million (that was in the early days, supposedly equivalent to where RRRR is now) currently 29 mil. There have been four splits , raising the float.
The winner is: RRRR with 23 million, and it's only a baby.
That's 9 times the float of either of the above, in their early days.
So why did the stock run recently? I'll let the longs answer that. One thing for sure, they can give some thanks to Tokyo Joe, the perennial love 'em and leave 'em investor.
The big internets could fly Monday.
NSOL got a huge article in Barrons and earnings excitement is running MALL DCLK MSPG EBAY , not to mention a few upgrades ... ISSX AMZN etc.
This one will be interesting to watch. Peace. |
