CO. those projection consensus estimates are for year end 2000. Looking at .76 for LVCI vs. .41 EPS for LCAV, remember we have 36 some odd million shares vs. 9 million for LCAV, we will be out earning them about 2 to 1. share dilution will keep us at about 1/4 to 1/3 of their stock price if estimates are true or better. If the estimates are even close,and i do not believe the market has even recognized this simple math,the strong buy recommendation may not be strong enough. watch next few quarters closely and for more brokers coming out with their estimates. good luck ar.
