Sarmad, Just a consumer's thought here -- Next time you're in a pinch for a specific book and AMZN doesn't have it but Barnes says they do, think real hard about whom you can trust. The customer experience with AMZN vs. Barnes is night and day different, especially when there's a problem with the order. Try getting a confirmation or any information from Barnes... either on line or over the phone.....good luck. From a loyal AMZN customer and shareholder looking forward to Bezo's next brainstorm.
