Well, THAT was so almost interesting <yawn>. Is this the announcement everyone's been lusting for....an exclusive licensing agreement for heavy oil upgrading technology? This is what the company has determined will "generate the fastest opportunity for cash flow"? An agreement that could "yield $20 to $40 Million in annual royalty revenues within six years"? Where does this leave OILS vaunted GTL technology....on the 8-10 year plan?......zzzzZZZzzzzZZZZzzz......
