I have a challenge for Janice Shell......
Okay, Janice....I'm gonna assume that you are on the shareholders side and just posting here AND at RB (even though you say you can't stand that site) because you think it's the honorable thing to do! Afterall, you are just tryin' to reveal a "scam", right?
Here's your challenge....
1) Name ONE official agency that you have contacted on the SHAREHOLDERS behalf (just ONE) in regards to ABFG being a possible scam. Now, don't respond with just a name...We the SHAREHOLDERS would like to know the following....
a) What is the name of the agency?
b) How did you notify them? (phone,fax,letter etc.)
c) Could you be so kind as to offer the SHAREHOLDERS proof of the letter or fax that was sent?
d) If by phone...Could you PLEASE present us with the number(s) (and extension if applicable) of the agency you called, along with the names and titles of the person(s) with whom you spoke?
e) If you have had a response from these agency(ies), what was it and could you PLEASE offer the SHAREHOLDERS proof of that response?
Now, I could ask more, but let's keep it simple for ya!
This is all information that ALL SHAREHOLDERS would be interested in, if you would be so kind.
So, now that you would have all SHAREHOLDERS and all POTENTIAL SHAREHOLDERS believe that you are just out here fightin' for justice and the great American way, I'm sure knowin' what you know about this FRAUDULENT company you have taken the time to report all your facts and knowledge to the appropriate body and NOT just to various threads hopin' to discourage people from investing their money or encouraging them to sell their positions! Is that a correct assumption, Janice?
Surely, with all your facts, you have reported your suspicions to someone other than SI and RB, right?
Now, ya jest take yer time with that one, as I know it's a lot to digest fer ya!
