Doug, I agree with you that there mau be some chicanery in the Mongolian courts. Socialist governments (or that used to be) are used to bending the law. Well if they steal it then Mongolian will become a pariah state as I will certainly spread the word on SI and on all the other investment threads that I am on. Webb will do his best, I am sure. Bill
