** OT ** Well as parents you should listen to your kids more for sure, but without any roll models for kids to believe in these days one good reason to listen to them is to find out if they are in trouble, into drugs, etc. A very sad state of affairs that has been brewing for several years. Lots of reasons for the chaos. Poor diet, drugs, disease (aids etc.), rampant corruption and dishonesty in govt., the list goes on and on. Just try to be a good role model for your kids, expose them to a healthy diet and lifestyle, and hope they respect you enough to chose the correct path. I know all this sounds pessimistic, but it is reality. Remember the Beatles.... at least they sang of peace and love, something sorely lacking in today's society. We need a reverence for life, not a celebration of fear. Still looking forward to monday! :-}
