Even though Terence Hall says that SESI bought Cardinal... it would appear that the shareholders of First Reserve Corporation have, in fact, bought control in SESI and merged it with their Cardinal Holding Corporation and put Mr. Hall in charge of the new company. Any insight you might have would be helpful. Do you have any relations working for Cardinal? TIA, nick
