OK--Here's the plan
So far, I have rounded up several thousand (last count) shares of investors. These are folks that own the stock and want to know more about financials and such.
I do not want a response from WST on this matter telling me "wait 3 months". I am going into this right along with the many shareholders out there who don't post on this board, but want to know what is up.
I have heard your responses and read the emails everyone. I am holding the emails and I will be contacting you soon to discuss this.
Last stock I was in with a proxy vote went up like crazy. Do you konw why? Because we all totally over took the management/BOD and put in our own people...Actually, the CEO came from a thread on SI! He is doing awesome. Signing all kinds of deals, increasing profitablity. A great turnaround.
I am not calling this company a scam. Obviously, they would not hire so much talent and go to such extremes to make all these great websites and deal with the likes of MSFT, IBM, and many other firms.
But, what I am concerned with is the "financial and investing backing" that these guys have. They need someone put in place to do this for them. And if I have to do it I will. Been involved before and saw my investment grow, so why not again!
Let me clarify what we as shareholders can do. A shareholder OWNS a portion of the specific company (MXNT). We have a right to know what is up if we have a suspicion. I truly beleive these guys are intelligent...so far...but they need some help as far as "stock market wise." As a shareholder, if you can gather enought voting power (like a petition), you can call a proxy vote. In this proxy vote, it MUST be sent out to all shareholders of the company requesting a vote on a particular issue. I will handle this if needed. We can replace BOD, hire new people, and all kinds of fun stuff.
I have sent an email to IZZY asking him to take me seroiusly and trying to help him along. I hope he is not offended, but I am not just going to sit on my butt when something can be done to help everyone. We all agree that we need an IR firm. I have a few other ideas too...and have some contacts, etc.
