As far as MKPL goes, the press release they put out is about the extent of the information I have. My main purpose in starting the thread and posting them on "Cents and sensibility" was to hopefully find others interested in this company. The more interest, the more information. At least that is what Im hoping for.

As far as dilution goes, I wish I could tell ya. The press release was very vague. I do know that the shares are controlled mainly by insiders, and there is no recent registration to sell. Im thinking that the float will be somewhere between 4-6 million when all is said and done. The press release mentions revenue possibilities at 40+ million. Im assuming they have plans to further expand their business opportunities which could greatly enhance revenue.

"E-Taxi has developed a strategic plan to launch an Internet Web site community, which is commonly referred to as a vertical portal, to serve the unique needs of the SOHO community. To achieve this objective, E-Taxi intends to make acquisitions, arrange marketing alliances with organizations desiring to reach the SOHO audience, and develop proprietary content useful to SOHO businesses" I believe the big money is in the SOHO market. I cant find anyone else in this market and believe this to be E-Taxi's niche.

Of course everything here is pure speculation. I have not been in touch with the company, but plan on doing this next week, hopefully on Monday if I have the time. Wish I had anything substantial to give you. Best of luck, and I hope I hear from you soon.
