Are these cycles some kind of an immutable law -- who has shown this? Furthermore, what does the foreign markets of Russia and Asia have to do with it? They do not always move in tandem with our market ... isn't there another possible interpretation in your cyclic TA framework. Who's not bullish now (except for me)? :-)
