I do believe the momentum players will start jumping right back in. Most of the losses are from mutual funds and other intitutional investors. They need to show they can operate a fund so that it out performs the market as a whole. They also are the ones that create the momentum. There are no other industry groups that are this depressed from prior values. This is the only area to make back those losses in a reasonably short period of time.

I am long USRX, CSCC, FORE, XYLN and CSCO in this sector. I hope I am correct and you are wrong only for personal financial gain:):):) I have a lot of losses to make up too. Fear drove this sector down and now I am hoping greed will drive it right back up.
