Been searching incessantly for the last little while on Edgar and I am nowhere. In 1997 they owned approx 8.3M shares and through option purchases/spinoffs, sales to settle debt (through Midland), and many other transactions I can unequivocally, for surely, absolutely say that i have NO IDEA how much ADCM they own or have potential to own. If I have to guess I would say 2M. If I have a suggestion it would be to call the company on Monday and ask 'em (like you suggested earlier). Please post if you do, Ed as I'm going bonkers with these share purchases/re-purchases etc. etc. etc. Scary thing is, I spent two hours on this and sold my SMM last week.
