I think a million shares voted against management is very doable! Voting is one concrete way of sending a message that will be heard. The only other alternative is to sell ones shares. Spelling varies from place to place. In Chicago it is claimed by some, not me of course, that the spelling would be Buy-Laws. The move to Bermuda was brilliant. Wonder if Sugen will wrap up its' EU efforts with a domicile change?
