Razorback, in the case of RRRR, would you expect CVI to let the price of RRRR run as high as possible before July 28th (the date they are eligible to convert at $2.49) and then to start their shorting in order to push the price down to $2.49 for their conversion? Or, assuming the stock has run up by July, would they just convert at $5.27 while the stock was at a premium price?

P.S. This is all too new and confusing to me...
