Craig,

a strict vegetarian diet lacking eggs or milk will invariably produce severe B12 deficiencies in humans.

We take blue-green algae supplements, from Klamath Lake, Oregon. I get about 5,000% of the RDA of B-12, so I think we have that covered pretty well.
