You're absolutely correct! The announcements by HWP, TER and SLB about their relationships with COHU had me thinking they were OEM-ing handlers into their solutions, but that is probably not correct. Even if they were bundling, the end-user would probably order from COHU and have the handlers drop-shipped to the tester folks for system integration, so the true end-user is most likely the companies you mentioned!
