Ref: this PNTR message. Message 9123430 URT Insolvency? So now I can officially paper my den with the shares? Time to lose the SI URT bookmark. If ANY investor out there does any type of DD, then let me say that Gordon and Penny will tell you anything, but believe nothing. I had several, several conversations with both. I represented a group of investors that based on Gordon and Penny's testimony and the documents they sent us, invested quite a bit. Absolutely NOTHING I was ever told came to fruition. I don't own PTHR or EBNK. All I can offer anyone is buyer beware. Consider management when doing your DD.
