Good article in the Dallas Morning News on Sunday..Business Section page one---The story of the success of Mazelle Ablon and her cheesecake business mazelles.com It took her over ten years and many mistakes to cross the $5M in gross sales (42% in crease in business last year alone). She has 2200 restaurants and hotels (and the American Airlines account). Her gross profits were never greater than $12,000 for at least five years but persistence paid off.
