Immi, The joint venture is with AT&T Capital. I believe it was set up to allow the thermo units/AT&T to loan money to thermo's customers. It sounds like a very positive venture. The news release was 1/23. Another positive press release was 2/18 from DCR and Duff&Philps. This related to TMO's debt/credit rating. Please take the time to read these, they say it all.
