I think we should sort out the pro's and con's of suggesting Marty to the Board AT THIS TIME. While I would be 100% for him to be on the Board of Directors later down the road, I need to evaluate this movement in light of the Company's position.

Pros -- Certainly intelligent
-- Would represent the shareholders
-- Would bring about a diversity to the Board

Cons -- Would not be able to post
-- WOuld not be able to share information
-- One less respected shareholder on the "outside" for checks and balances.

Just thinking out loud. Maybe this is the wrong list at this time. Maybe everyone should be focusing on Suzanne's statement that "RG is would consider losing the .15 package if enough shareholders requested it."

Just my thoughts....
