cindy, I recently found out about this stock. I live in minneapolis. In fact they are less than a quarter of a mile from my house. Also the finance company that owns 40% of the stock is a cupple of miles from my house. I plan on looking into the company and am going to visit the CEO and/or CFO and talk to the majority share holder. With the research I have done to date, some of the questions I have besides the rights offering is: (rights offering that would be acceptable to me is expansion of their marketing, they have enough cash to continue development, at least it looks that way to me) Was the majority owner an investor with convertables and how much stock does he own at this time? Who are their competitors? What is the market for their prooducts and how much market share does he have. Also what is the growth of this industry? If you have some questions for these follows I will be glad to include them in my discussions. Joan
