I believe that that is correct. I usually assume that the last trade is garbage, but the bid/ask is correct. Is that also your impression?

I did have a problem on Friday afternoon in the last 1/2 hour or so with really strange quotes. The one I was watching was UNPH, with the bid/ask bouncing around more erratically than could have been possible.
