ASTN new Service coming at the Best Time!

Many events are converging this year that will
cause the kind of volitility and equity migration
that a system like ASTN's was born to address;

[1] Kosovo War is causing the Euro to fall, making
US equities more attractive, and European money
is flowing our way. When/if the War gets resolved
sometime this year, the Euro should strengthen
and equity migrate back into European exchanges.

[2] The Asian Market's comeback won't happen as
quickly as the meltdown, but investors and their
governments have learned to underwrite equities
much more securely from this dramatic experience.
As the Asian Markets rebuild, it will be on a far
more solid and confident base then before, and it
will attract far more equity from US investors now
that our own markets are trading at P/E's that are
historically 50% higher than previous bull markets.

[3] InterNet Stock Bubble is real, and it's only
been kept from bursting by small investors rushing
in with on-line discount brokerage accounts to bid
up these issues while they are fashionable with
their gambling rush, and disappointment with their
underperforming 401K/Pension Plans. It will soon
end very badly, with only a few issues surviving,
and the few large brokerage house recommending these
stocks will be facing huge litigation problems, and
permenantly shy away from such advice in the future.

[4] Large Caps Companies will continue to Consolidate
or Die in the Global Marketplace. We will continue to
see Huge Deals being made in Telecommunications, Tech,
Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Transportation, Utilities, and
the Financial Sector, as forces like the Internet and
post cold war peace make the World a tighter round ball.

[5] Whether you believe that Y2K or leap year computer
problems will occur or not, this Uncertainty will rock
the markets year end, and cause a great deal of equity
to migrate into more tangible/trackable assets and back
again when the coast is clear.

You can agree with my reasoning, or have others ones to
contribute; the bottom line is we are experiencing markets
with unprecedented volume and equity migration, which will
make services like ASTN's an important necessity to serve
this years Equity Migration Patterns.
