I also verified to a certain extent the GM order.
I called GM's purchasing department to verify whether they had in fact bought equipment from Microphonics. While I did not ask the gentleman to go through all of the orders he did find 9 units ordered from Ultraphonics for 111R CK diagnostic systems. These 9 units were interestingly purchased on 9/9/97, 10/22/97, 4/7/98, and 5/12/98. These units may be part of the 22 units supposedly already delivered. Just the fact that GM could verify that they had in fact purchased equipment from Ultraphonics is reassuring that we are not dealing with a Turbodyne situation. That company was a complete scam and also dealt with automotive equipment. While the GM purchases above don't confirm the latest PR, they make the GM agreement more plausible as they show that GM has purchased equipment from Ultraphonics before.
I also have calls into Nascar and Ford for confirmations. Don't get me wrong. As I have said, I own 10000 shares, but one can never be too careful especially when things look too good to be true.

Great QUALITY reassuring DD!! I also have a call in to Ford RE: This. I was told that yes they do have orders from Microphonics, but they would call me back to verify!!

I finally heard back from my sister in Nashville. Her husband went by the building( live about 12 blocks away). Said it is a nice upscale location and appears to be what it purports to be. Also has been there a long time according to him. Sorry it took so long, but he has had the flue for the last three days and forgot about calling me back.

Talk about the run around...I just spoke with Gary Sears at UMM. He said that his company has nondisclosure agreements with all customers...he could not confirm or deny a relationship with MRPS...he noted that many people have contacted him re MRPS this week. BTW...while I was waiting for Gary, I had a brief conversation with the secretary...she confirmed that MRPS is a customer. That is all for now...we WILL see more really good stuff in tomorrow's press release.

I Just talked to Myles....White Paper will be out tomorrow. The paper will address investors questions, and MRPS basics. After discussing it they will include a recap of existing contract sales projected over the next 1 and 2 years. More contracts pending. The release will give the date for the release of FULL FINANCIALS. He is very impressed by the number of shares held by member of this board.
On Tuesday there was a sale of 825,000 shares from the OLD PR firm, this is what has driven down the price. The transfer agent had a COURT ORDER forbidding the sale of these shares, and yet they were still sold. Myles stated that MRPS's lawyers are going back to court and to the NASD. Myles stated we may have a class action suit against the transfer agent, and they are investigating all legal avenues.
I will talk to Myles tomorrow and he is getting permission to send me a small unit for evaluation. I like that idea! Real proof in my hands.
