Your Faith in a Patent is Misplaced.

a patent is only as powerful as the
holders willingness to enforce it.

Bids process in not so proprietary
like Inktomi, and Bids will only be
able to license it if others fear
their litigation.

Litigation is very expensive, and
often impossible on the international
stage the Internet performs.

So you may want to reconsider your
primary reason for touting this stock

I am not short this stock, just skeptical
enough to expect it to trend down much
lower before I'd consider buying shares.
